Raymond believes that markets and food halls should symbolise the very best in localism of entrepreneurs and food and goods. Markets should not be exclusive but open and welcoming to all sectors of the community.
Richard Gibbons Chief Operating Officer
Richard has over 20 year’s experience of both public and private sector business, providing a wealth of experience in retail markets, hospitality & leisure venues and events management.
Richard has also played a key role in the specification and delivery of a number of market refurbishment projects; including the redevelopment and repurposing of heritage buildings within market estates around the UK.
Andrea Hooper Group Financial Controller
Andrea, an experienced Accountant, has been with MAM for three years managing the finance team to oversee invoicing, cash flow and reporting for the group.
MAAT qualified, and Xero certified Andrea brings detailed knowledge and experience to the team with over 15 years of financial management experience.
Chris Phillips Chairman
Chris has a lifetime experience in international corporate finance and has held the most senior positions with Places for People, London and Newcastle, Colliers CRE, Lombard Odier, Prudential Bache and TriplePoint Social Housing.
